Waiver/Consent Form Please follow our instuctions so we can provide you a safe environment at the waterfall. We are not responsible for any injury or damage during your takigyo session. In case of very poor weather/waterfall conditions, we may only go inside the waterfall pool, but not the waterfall itself. We will shorten time under the waterfall during very cold conditions or when the waterfall is very strong. If you have any heart conditions or are in poor physical health, we do not recommend you to participate.  I agree with the above terms and conditions.
