• If anyone in your group just wants to watch, please let us know.

●How you are planning to get there

(1)  By train: Odakyu Line to Shimmatsuda station - meet at the south exit

(2) By taxi: it's convenient from the Daiyu-zan railroad/Daiyu-zan station

Please email us one day before the takigyo date to reconfirm your registration.

Please feel free to bring your camera and we can take pictures/videos for you.
■ If you are interested in filming for wedding or television purposes, please let us know beforehand.

■ Cost

* 9000 yen
* 2nd time: 6000 yen

■ Cancellation
Please contact us if you want to cancel - up to 24hrs before the set date.
We will charge you the full fee if you do not contact us prior.

■ Please bring
* Towel 1-2 - we do not have any towels on site
* Water shoes

* Undergarments to wear underneath the karate robe, swimsuit etc. You may bring gloves or warmer clothing during the winter.

■ Storing valuables
There are no lockers, so please do not bring any valuables with you.

■ Group discounts

Groups of greater than 5 people will recieve a 500\ discount per person.

Groups of greater than 10 people will recieve a 1000\ discount per person.

(1) By train: take the  Odakyu Line to Shimmatsuda station and meet at the south exit. In the summer meet at 0900, in the winter meet at 1000am.

※ From Shinjuku station: around 1 hour 10 minute train ride

※ 3 min walk from Matsuda station on the JR Gotemba Line

■ Winter time schedule (Summer time schedule starts at 9:00)

-> 10:00 pick up at Shimmatsuda station

-> 10:30 Arrive at Yuhitotaki takigyo site - change into karate robes　　　
-> 11:00-12:30 Takigyo

-> 12:30 If you would like to go to an onsen (hot springs) after please let us know. (400\ extra). We will drop you off at Yamakita station after the onsen.

-> If you do not wish to go to the onsen we will drop you off at Shimmastuda station.

■ There are no restaurants available near the takigyo site

■ During heavy snowfall or typhoon please contact us 1 day before to confirm our takigyo session. Otherwise, we will run the takigyo rain or shine!

■ In the wintertime, we still run takigyo sessions even though the water temp drops to 2-3 degrees C. We recommend people who are in good physical condition to participate.
